Welcome to RideNCare. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Our doorstep service includes diagnosis, replacement of consumables and minor repairs by trained technicians. Major part replacements require your written/WhatsApp approval before work begins.
All services are covered by a 30-day or 1,000 km workmanship warranty (whichever is earlier). Parts come with their respective manufacturer warranties.
Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled slot are free. Late cancellations may attract a ₹199 visit charge if the technician has already been dispatched.
We collect minimum required information for service delivery and never share it with third parties without consent.
